Missy Mandina - March 2005, age unknown
Today I took my sweet Missy to be put to sleep. She came
into my life about three years ago. I adopted her from someone who had
rescued her from a puppy mill. We knew she'd never be a 'normal' doxie.
About a year ago she got really sick. I found a great vet who got my
girl back into better health, and for at least a year, Missy started to
come out of her shell, almost playing at times. A couple weeks ago she
got sick again, and after getting her teeth cleaned, she just couldn't
quite get back from the whole procedure, so I had to let her go. I know
that now she is in a place where she isn't in any pain and she feels
only love. She'll never have to be sick or feel bad again. If only I
could feel that good now that I miss her.

Dickson - March 2005, 4 months old
Oscar,
You brought to everyone joy and laughter. Its hard to know you left us
so soon, but better to know you're happy, playing in heaven. I miss you,
and love you always. Mommy

Gogga - March 2005, 11 months old
Our precious baby...you gave us so much love - more than
we could have ever asked for, and daddy and I loved you more than you
could have ever imagined. Only G-d knows why he took you...but rest now
my baby...sleep tight and play nicely at the Rainbow Bridge. I love you
more than you could have ever known.

Chocolate Mousse Churchill - March 2005, 3 years old
Chocolate Mousse Churchill, one of three puppies born on
21 December 2001 was a beloved pet of Timothy, Laura, Jennifer, and
Morgan Churchill of Solon, Ohio, United States. She passed away from
complications of an emergency kidney stone removal in March of 2005. She
was a miniature long-haired dachschund with a chocolate colour, and
beautiful hazel green eyes. Chocolate Mousse was a joy to every person
and dog that came in contact with her. She will always be remembered for
her sweet disposition, her 'furry chaps' her 'bear claws' and the smile
she always seemed to have on her face. She is missed daily.
